You Wish: 31-35 Chapters

Feeling as if nothing could get any worse in her life, Kayla goes back to school having her best friend ignore her completly. Having no choice but to dodge her at lunch by sitting in the bathroom, she walks in to find a pleasant yet not-so pleasant surprise: Janea, her worst enemy, was at the girls bathroom mirror picking at her face now full of acne, crying her eyes out. You'd think you'd be estatic to find the one person who taunted your best friend for years before hand for her acne, get what she deserved, but instead Kayla felt sympathy for her. Also, while she was in the bathroom she overheard some girls talking about her...and about how Kayla used to not be the freak she was today. Feeling really hurt, Kayla decided it was time for a change.

Since she found out that all her wishes were going to end on the following Monday, she decided to actually spend time with the pink pony from the shed seeing as she may never again see a pink pony. While on her way to the park though she ran into the one person she never would have thought of...

her dad.

Feeling as if this was not real, instead she realized that her father was only there because of her wish, not on his own accord. Her father never really cared like she wished he had or he would have years ago, not just because of her sixteenth birthday, gone back to her and her family. This wish, although she had wished for this with all her might years ago, was just not real. So taking a stand she walked away with her head held high and let her father go.

Deciding to go to the pre-homecoming prep rally to start off in her clean state, she heads to her locker to throw some books in from her backpack when Carson (aka Ken) sneaks into the school finding her. Instead of letting this whole scenario of him being her boyfriend, Kayla decided to make ends with the dear boy by breaking up with him, sending Ken off making her feel actually free in a long time since these wishes came true.

While at the pep rally, Kayla tried to stay clear of Ben, seeing as her last wish still hadn't came true yet, but he sat behind her without his acknowledgment. While watching the rally begin, Kayla notices that her best friend Nicole is out on the court...with God forbid the cheerleaders!

Nicole was a cheerleader!!!!

Now it all made sense to her...all the times she ditched her for study times Nicole was at cheer practice.

No wonder she was acting weird, because Kayla new she wouldnt understand that this was the life Nicole wanted to be in.

She wanted to be a cheerleader and popular and pretty.

Feeling horrible, after the rally Kayla waitied outside for Nicole and they talked it out over all the issues they were having, and finally reasurring their friendship was still in tact, Nicole let Kayla go to Ben.
